Depending on the issue at hand, insights from sustainable development, social anthropology (Master’s degree University of Bern), systemic thinking, and organizational and transformation research are applied. Spiritual experience and scientific perspectives are not contradictory. They complement one another and open up different approaches to the same question:
How can a life be shaped that, through the realization of one’s own potential and fulfillment, serves both one’s own essence and the greater whole?
