One metaphor that can help us understand this process is that of the temple steps. Let’s consider the reality of multidimensionality as an immeasurable spectrum of different vibrational levels. Thus, our reality on Earth has a spectrum, as do the higher planes of light. This is comparable to the different octaves on a piano.
Most people cannot see or sense the so-called spiritual world because they have forgotten how to hear or feel the full range of frequencies through the sensitivity of their hearts.
And that is precisely the task of a medium or channel:
to attune oneself, protected by spiritual guidance, to such high vibrations and thereby clearly hear, perceive, feel, and see it — and then translate it.
Hence the image of the temple steps: The vibration of an archangel, for example, is so high that, within the dense earthly vibration, it can only materialize in the ether at very pure places of energy. That is why a medium is trained and initiated to ascend the steps in spiritual spheres, into realms where the vibrational discrepancy is minimal and a clear encounter can undoubtedly take place.
The starting point for a “pure” channeling is the ability to enter into the state of the Higher Self — the non-dualistic Self. Clear communication with the plane of light can arise only from this state of consciousness. Otherwise, the sender and receiver would not be in the same dimension, and the level of purity could not be guaranteed.
Following the same principle, decisions regarding what and how much can be translated and channeled during a session, also depend on a person’s vibration and level of consciousness. This is based on the understanding that the
individual must be actively involved in their own process and ultimately implement their own steps toward growth. Spiritual work is therefore always a support in the healing process and is intended to promote and maintain the individual’s sovereignty and autonomy.
Through conscious channeling and spiritual healing, the groundwork is laid so that finally, a person can heal themselves.
Light Blueprints Are the Foundation of Human Life
The crystalline light structure underlying life is the foundation of human life. These light blueprints are safeguarded by the ever-multiplying divine Primordial Consciousness in the form of specific forms of light-consciousness.
For the original light impulse of the Primordial Consciousness, with the intention of all-encompassing love, has unfolded throughout evolution to such an extent that an immeasurably vast system of creation has emerged.
All these intersecting vibrations, space-time continuums, and the associated dimensional realities have not only given rise to countless planetary systems and galaxies:
Also, specific vibrations have converged in the planes of light and the subtle planes, organizing divine consciousness into clear hierarchies, structures, aspects, and so on, and creating a system based on spiritual, universal laws.
The spiritual world is the hierarchy of forms of consciousness that constitutes the subtle system of blueprints: This subtle system of blueprints of light, which is safeguarded by specific divine, light-realized forms of consciousness, is the foundation of material manifestations. It is what human beings on Earth perceive as the spiritual, subtle world of the plane of light. It is the light behind duality, the sun behind the sun.
This spiritual world is the multiplied, divine consciousness that guides, safeguards, protects, and structures the complexity and preservation of the Primordial Light Impulse — life — with its clear purpose (intention/power).
Consequently, archangels, ascended masters, guardians of life, angels of healing, guardians of light, spirit guides, devas, nature beings, the Cosmic Council, etc., are specific, perfected forms of consciousness that occupy their place within the structure and order of creation according to their quality and function.
And depending on what shifts and healings are to take place in earthly evolution, the corresponding spiritual authority for that particular aspect appears. Given that the creative dance of material manifestation arises from polarity — and thus light stands in opposition to darkness—long phases of darkness have solidified over the course of the evolution of Earth and humanity.
Polarity in the Spiritual World
Within the spectrum of creation, there are both the highest, purest vibrations and dense, deep vibrations of darkness. Darkness in the sense that these are energetic realities that have stored within themselves the information of separation and division.
Thus, there are guardians of the light, but also guardians of the darkness. Because everything within creation is and will be animated. Wherever (even unconscious) awareness is directed, consciousness arises. Realities that have been brought forth from vibrational planes of ignorance and unawareness also create aspects of life.
However, this lasts only until the revelation of the light lying behind them opens up once more.
For example, an astral being that is cut off from the experiential realm of all-encompassing love, reproduces the resonant space of its own emotional and perceptual realm and strives to continually expand itself.
Accordingly, the plan of evolution is based on the principle that, in the course of matter’s liberation into the light, the entire spectrum of ignorance, separation, and lack will unite into the ecstatic abundance and richness of love.
There are already countless planetary systems that have realized matter in the light and have reunited the dance of polarity within the light.
The Purpose and Function of Conscious Channeling
The purpose of mediumistic abilities and their practical application—in the service of all-encompassing divine love—is to support the holistic unfolding of human potential. Through insights and by drawing upon the blueprints of the subtle world, current patterns of trauma, karma, illness, blockages, etc., can be aligned with and transformed by the whole, perfected patterns of the planes of light.

For reasons of safety and purity, an uninitiated and unprepared consciousness cannot enter these powerful centers of creation.
Healing - what does it mean?
There are many prejudices and misunderstandings surrounding psychic abilities and healing work. Yet, at its core, healing means that something becomes whole, complete, and in balance again.
Healing is not a supernatural miracle, but rather an expression of natural order.
All life is based on vibration and frequency—from the material to the subtle planes. Even though subtle planes are not perceptible to everyone, they too affect our system.
Spiritual healing work is about restoring blocked or disharmonious frequencies to their natural flow. By releasing blockages and applying higher-vibrating energies, separated or unbalanced parts can find their way back to unity. This creates space for wholeness, harmony, and healing.
Spiritual configurations must then be transmitted to all human bodies (emotional, mental, and physical) as a continuation of this order of life through conscious dedication.
Every healing practitioner acts like an alchemist in this process: By aligning with the reality of light and opening the heart to love, one’s own vibration is raised. In harmony with the soul, the higher frequencies of the light realm can thus flow through the person.
No healer generates energy on their own. Energy is a universal force that already exists and can flow through us. We make ourselves available to it as a conscious channel.
Just as water, fire, earth, and air are given to humans as natural foundations of life, so too are the subtle forces of life available to us—not as our possession, but as a gift with which we can connect.
